Booking
Upon booking Crazy Fox Golf Ltd will provide you with a booking form via email or post, showing the total cost and details of any booking. A copy of the signed booking form must be returned to us within 14 days to secure your date.

Payment
Crazy Fox Golf Ltd will provide you with an invoice on/after delivery. Payment is due no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. We can accept cash on delivery and cheques should be made payable to “Crazy Fox Golf Ltd ”. BACS payment information is provided on our invoices should you wish to pay this way.

Cancellations and Adverse Weather
In the event that you need to change the details, including the date of your booking, please contact us. We will always endeavour to meet your requirements but other dates are subject to course availability. Once a booking form has been signed and returned should you decide to cancel then a 25% cancellation fee shall be charged.
In the unlikely event that the booking is unable to go ahead, due to unsuitable weather such as heavy rain or poor ground conditions, then just 25% of the original hire cost shall be charged to cover staff time and delivery costs.

About us
“ CFG - bite the green” is a trading name, owned and operated by Crazy Fox Golf Ltd. We are registered in England, Companies house number 05942455. We have public liability insurance to the maximum value of £5M and are VAT registered. VAT registered no. 932 5156 33

Set up
8 x 4m space required. Set up of the course takes approx 45 mins to 1hr and break down the same. Set up fees are included in the hire rates.

Staff
A single member of staff is included within our hire price. Additional event staff are available at an extra cost on request. We are also happy for hirer's to provide their own event staff should they wish.

Delivery
We offer nation-wide delivery from our centrally located office in Derbyshire. Delivery fees are charged extra to our course hire rates at a nominal fee of £0.50p + vat per mile for the return journey.
